How to Use

    Download and Unzip:
        Download PixelPotion.zip from https://jczeller.com/downloads/PixelPotion.zip
        Extract the contents of the .zip file to a folder on your computer.

    Running the Application:
        Open the extracted folder and double-click PixelPotion.exe to launch the application.

    Using PixelPotion:
        Drag and drop an image file (JPG, PNG, etc.) into the application window, or click Select Image to choose a file.
        Adjust the pixelation level using the slider.
        Click Convert to 8-Bit to generate your pixel art image, which will be saved next to the original file with _8bit in the filename.

Important Notes

Security Warning:
Because this app is distributed as an unsigned .exe, Windows Defender or your antivirus software may show a warning. The app is safe to use. Here’s how to proceed if you encounter this message:

    Run Anyway:
        When Windows Defender shows the warning, click More Info and select Run Anyway to open the app.

    Unblock the File (Optional):
        Right-click on PixelPotion.exe, select Properties, and check Unblock in the Security section at the bottom of the window, then click Apply.

Requirements

    Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
    Python: Not required (all dependencies are bundled in the .exe file)
